What data we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form, we receive the details you enter: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and message. Our hosting provider also logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) needed to keep the site running securely. We do not collect payment details on this site.
Why we process it
We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry or quote request, and to keep records of that correspondence. This is based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where a project goes ahead, on the performance of a contract with you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quote correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and, where a project goes ahead, for as long as required to service that project and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not keep it longer than necessary.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@mcturfsystems.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
